  • 50,000+ hours first hand experience in the field of family business and using the GLAS framework
  • 10+ years experience working with SME and MSB businesses
  • Worked with over 1000 children under 12 years of age

  • Keynote speaker at over 30 events – sharing the stories of family business and leading to GLAS
  • Guest lecturer at Warwick Business School on the topic of resilience in family businesses and entrepreneurship – including mental health
